What a Full-Home Joinery Package Includes
A full-home joinery package covers all the fixed cabinetry in a house, quoted, drawn, made and installed as one job instead of room by room. With 10X Joinery Solutions, that usually means the kitchen and pantry, wardrobes and walk-in robes, bathroom vanities, laundry, and living, study or entry joinery. Every room is listed in one joinery schedule and built from the same material and hardware selections. It’s fitted by the same installers in the order your renovation or build needs it. You get one proposal, one set of drawings to approve and one contact from start to finish.

What Goes Into a Whole-House Package
Every house is different, but most packages we quote cover these rooms. You can leave any of them out, and the rest still runs as one job.
Kitchens and Butler's Pantries
Islands, pantries and appliance joinery, built around your appliances and stone.
Wardrobes and walk-in robes
Built-ins, walk-ins and linen cupboards, planned for what you store.
Bathroom Vanities
Wall-hung or floor-standing vanities in moisture-resistant board.
Living and Media joinery
TV walls, shelving and window seats, with cables kept out of sight.
Laundries
Bench cabinetry, overheads and hanging space around your appliances.
Study and Entry Joinery
Desks, bookshelves and hall storage, finished to match the rest of the house.
Custom doors, including bifolds, can be added to the same package.
The Details That Make a House Look Like One Job
When joinery comes from three or four suppliers, the difference shows up in small things nobody notices until the house is finished. These are the details we plan across every room at the start, not one room at a time.
One board order, one colour
Timber veneers and coloured boards can vary slightly between production runs. Ordering for the whole house together keeps the kitchen and the robes the same shade.
Handles that line up
Handle positions, sizes and finishes are set out across the house, so the pull on the laundry door sits at the same height as the one in the kitchen.
Matching kicks, gaps and edges
Handle positions, sizes and finishes are set out across the house, so the pull on the laundry door sits at the same height as the one in the kitchen.
Grain that runs the right way
On timber veneers, we plan grain direction across long runs of doors, so a wall of robes reads as one surface.
A sample board you sign off once
Your boards, edging, hardware and benchtop samples go on one sample board for the whole house. You approve it once, and every room is built from it.
How a Full-Home Joinery Package Fits Your Renovation or Build
Whole-house joinery isn’t installed in one visit. It’s sequenced around the other trades, and getting that order right is where most of the time is saved.
- 10+ yrs of joinery experience
- Design, manufacture & install in-house
- Workshop & showroom, servicing all Sydney
01
Design and pricing
We price every room against your plans and joinery schedule, then issue one itemised proposal.
02
Frame stage
We tell your builder where blocking is needed for wall-hung vanities, floating units and heavy overheads, before the plaster goes on.
03
Site measure and shop drawings
Once the linings are in, we measure every room on site and issue shop drawings for your approval.
04
Manufacturing
The whole package is made in our Castle Hill workshop to the approved drawings.
05
Installation around the stone
Cabinets go in first so the stonemason can template benchtops and vanity tops. Doors, fronts and hardware are fitted once the stone is in.
06
Handover
We adjust every door and drawer, walk through the house with you and sign off together.

Jeff and his team were great to work with. The quality and design honestly exceeded our expectations — easily the best renovation we’ve done. We’ve dealt with a few tradies before and it’s not always smooth, but these guys were reliable, easy to deal with, and delivered exactly what they said they would. Would definitely work with them again. 2-bedroom apartment in CoogeePosted on Google![]()

As a building company, we’ve worked with 10xgroup on multiple projects, and they continue to impress us every time. Their bifold doors are consistently high quality, with excellent finishes and reliable performance that meet the expectations of both us and our clients. From a builder’s perspective, what stands out most is their professionalism and efficiency. Communication is always clear, lead times are well-managed, and their team is easy to coordinate with on-site. Installations are smooth, and any technical details are handled with confidence and expertise.Posted on Google![]()

Full-Home Joinery Package FAQs
What's the difference between a full-home joinery package and custom joinery?
Custom joinery is any cabinetry made to measure, even a single wardrobe. A full-home package is custom joinery for every room in the house, planned, priced and installed as one project, so the materials, details and schedule are the same across all of it.
Can I start with a few rooms and add more later?
Yes. Tell us which rooms are definite and which might follow, and we’ll draw the whole house with the same details and selections. Rooms added later can then match what’s already installed.
When should we bring you in on a renovation?
Ideally before the frame stage, or as soon as your architect has joinery drawings. That gives us time to tell your builder where blocking is needed and to set install dates against the program. Coming in later still works, but it can mean extra work on site.
Do you work with our builder, or do we need to manage you separately?
Either works. On most full-home projects we coordinate directly with the builder on site measures, delivery and installation, and you approve the drawings and selections. We agree who approves what at the start.
How long does a whole-house joinery package take?
It depends on the number of rooms, your selections and where the build is up to. We set out the timeline in your proposal and confirm install dates against your builder’s program.
Can you build to our architect's or interior designer's drawings?
Yes. We prepare shop drawings from their documents for approval and flag any detail that won’t work as drawn before anything is made. We don’t change materials or details without approval.
Do you take on projects outside Sydney?
Yes. Along with Greater Sydney, we deliver full-home packages in the Southern Highlands and Blue Mountains.
